Happy Ads 2019
We’ll be selling ads for the program this season!!
Each dancer will be REQUIRED to sell one full page. This could be (4) quarter-page ads, (2) half-page ads, or (1) full-page ad.
By selling ads we can have commemorative programs for this year’s recital, and this is the way to receive your TWO complimentary tickets for the show!!
Full Page (size: 8 x 10.5) $50.00
Half Page (size 8 X 5.125) $25.00
Quarter Page (size 3.875 X 5.125) $15.00

Ads and payments are due by May 3rd. Email completed form and final ad in jpg or pdf format to: melangeevents@gmail.com.
Ads can be paid via cash, check, or online. Additional fee will be applied to online payments.

Important Dates
5/11 MANDATORY PARENT MEETING
THE COMPLEX

Information about recital weekend, pictures, and other timely matters will be given at this meeting. Most importantly TICKETS GO ON SALE!!
5/18 PICTURE DAY (MANDATORY)

9:30AM-3:30PM
Schedule to follow. Your dancer will not be there for the entirety of the day, just for their scheduled times.
5/22 FULL RUN THROUGH (MANDATORY)

5:00PM-9:00PM
We will be running the full show in the Aerobics room at the Complex. We will run the finale first, and then the full show. This means that your dancer will be able to go home after they dance their numbers.
5/30 DRESS REHEARSAL (MANDATORY)
JOHNSON THEATER AT WINTHROP UNIVERSITY
6:00PM-10:00PM
This is FULL MAKEUP AND COSTUME!! We will run the show start to finish. Your dancer may leave when they are done with EVERYTHING!!
5/31 SHOW #1
Call time for Dancers 5:30PM
Call time for 4-5 yr olds ONLY 6:00PM
Doors open at 6:30PM
Showtime at 7:00PM
